Phoenix Defense expands to Germany
Phoenix Defense announced today that it has obtained a business license in Germany under the name Phoenix Defense Germany GmbH. This new entity joins Phoenix Logistics, PLI Manufacturing and Riptide Software to form the fourth group company within Phoenix Defense. Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Rick Stikkers noted “While Phoenix has supported efforts in multiple OCONUS locations, establishment of the GmbH is an important step toward making Phoenix Defense an international company capable of doing business anywhere in the world. It also opens up a wide variety of opportunities. We are very excited to continue to expand into new markets and posture the company for additional growth."
With this new entity, Phoenix Defense is licensed to perform any type of business within the country of Germany. As of 1 July, Phoenix Defense Germany has approximately 60 employees providing training service support activities to the US Army. This adds breadth and depth to our already robust capabilities.
